Roche, who became chief executive officer in July after agreeing to provide up to $600,000 in financing, said he was forced to seek bankruptcy protection because of recent efforts by senior secured lender ALCO Financial Services to place the company into receivership.
Richard DiRienzo was promoted to president of Haysite Reinforced Plastics, an Alco Industries Company.
The phased installation is expected to begin in the company's ALCO stores in March 2006.
