But what we're seeing is as if you cooked that noodle al dente so it's much more flexible.
Add the broccoli, green beans, carrots, and kidney beans to the pasta pot and cook until the pasta is al dente and the vegetables are tender, about 2-3 minutes.
Check paella a few times and sprinkle more stock over rice if it seems too al dente.
