ISTANBUL, Nov 18, 2009 (TUR) -- Turkish President Abdullah Gul told the head of Iraq's Islamic Supreme Council Ammar Abdulaziz Al-Hakim on Wednesday that he was confident that Iraq will emerge from its upcoming elections stronger than before.
Chief of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council Amar al-Hakim assured that "We realized a real will from Bahrain to upgrade the bilateral relations with Iraq.
Al-Hakim said during an ISCI meeting that the council was very keen on developing Iraqi-Arab relations, adding that regional problems could be solved through mutual dialogue.
