provision of services by a core team of professionals who provided
almost all biopsychosocial services for a defined group of clients
(Test, Knoedler, Allness, Kameshima, Senn Burke, & Rounds, 1994). Early results of the longitudinal study show
that PACT enrollees consistently spend less time in hospitals and jails,
experience less time homeless, and show other positive psychosocial
