Agency on Deafness, alleged that the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport
Authority violated the federal Americans with Disabilities Act and state
law by failing to provide equal access to information for the deaf. Still, the
district will have to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to bring
them into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
The 1990 Americans with Disabilities Act further supported 504, and is
divided into sections ("Titles"), three of which are developed
