net today announced that it had exercised its option to acquire a majority stake in Amove Resources Sdn Bhd furthering the company's strategy of entry into the rapidly developing secured shipping business.
If not exercised, DBBD's option to acquire a 51% equity interest in Amove Resources will expire on January 31, 2004.
In addition, DBBD also expects to improve its revenue in 2004 with contributions from the Asiaco group of companies and Amove Resources.
