An Assembly bill that would improve Armenian language instruction in public schools has passed its first test by winning committee approval.
``Since its creation, the letters were never changed or reformed, making the Armenian language one of the most extremely precise languages,'' said Armond Gorgorian, executive director of the Homenetmen chapter.
``And these citizens, like the rest of Los Angeles County citizens, deserve access to our electoral process in the Armenian language.
