Everybody Loves Somebody Sometime (Especially Himself) by Arthur Marx (son of Groucho) wickedly tells the tale of Martin and Jerry Lewis (ISBN O 491019025).
During the show, written by Groucho's son, Arthur Marx, Huntington's character ages from 40 to 87, the comedian's age at the time of his death in 1977.
