Auditor General Robert Black said public finances were coming under greater pressure.
He was talking to Auditor General of China, Liu Jiayi who called on the President here at the Presidency.
THE contribution on local government by Dafydd Wigley (Daily Post, July 23), following the report by the Auditor General "concerning the dreadful state of affairs in Ynys Mn Council", was very interesting, particularly regarding the need for real leadership in local government.
