KABUL (PAN): The first batch of ballot papers for the August 20 presidential and provincial council elections arrived from London to Kabul on Sunday.
In some places the ballot papers had been folded tightly by machine, meaning UKIP - the last party on the paper alphabetically - did not appear to be on the ballot.
