Despite the wording of the form trying to force my vote in favour of wheelie bins, I indicated I am happy with bin bags.
I've kept bin bags full in my back yard, until collection day and carried them through the house, more often than not, they burst before getting to the front door, and you have a mess on your carpets, even when the bags are not really full.
