Although the news probably won't stop parents from washing kids' mouths out with soap, it turns out that cussing a blue streak may be a good thing.
Ken Ewan, president of Evans, Ewan, & Brady Agency, based in Georgetown, Texas, has been a member of the Blue Streak program since 2004, representing agencies from Central's Southwest region.
It is claimed Blue Streak had a 100% success in test launching, but because the Blue Streak would need a 30- minute preparation time for launch and only a four-minute warning was available, it left them very vulnerable.
