BMC Software Corp says each of the five new product units it has created to house its existing software and the Boole & Babbage and New Dimension Software lines will over the next few months, lay out their own strategies for the future.
IBM and Boole & Babbage will bundle the industry-leading MQSeries message-queuing middleware and Command MQ management products to better address the market demand for the combined solution.
It is expected to reveal a new image following its $900m acquisition of Boole & Babbage and its $650m New Dimension Software buy.
