a.1.(Med.) Resembling, or characterized by, buff.
Buffy coat
the coagulated plasma of blood when the red corpuscles have so settled out that the coagulum appears nearly colorless. This is common in diseased conditions where the corpuscles run together more rapidly and in denser masses than usual.

I've got something ever so much nicer, even, than Fluffy and Buffy for you to bring up.
As to this point, and as to some minor topics, there are differences of opinion; but it is perfectly clear to the brilliant and distinguished circle, all round, that nobody is in question but Boodle and his retinue, and Buffy and HIS retinue.
