A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed today between the Palestinian Ministry of Social Affairs, European Commission and EUPOL COPPS.
Because COPPS asks the same families about their giving in different years, for the first time researchers can determine the proportion of people nationwide who switch back and forth between giving and not giving.
COPPS is a proactive philosophy that promotes solving problems that are either criminal, affect the quality of life, or increase citizen fear of crime.
