An examination of other CRNA groups in their region showed that most have six weeks of vacation each year.
For example, if a mix of anesthesia providers were 25 percent physician only, 65 percent anesthesia care team (ACT), and 10 percent CRNA only (the case in 1993), and with anesthesiologists continuing their average 62-hour work weeks and retiring at age 65, programs would need to graduate 600 residents annually.
The enhancement of sensitivity described here permits the amount of input material (cRNA) to be as little as 1 lag in a complex mixture of cRNAs or polynucleotides such as total RNA, or mRNAs, according to the desired application.
