The researchers took sediment samples at five locations along the Cache la Poudre River in Colorado, beginning at its origin in the Rocky Mountains and continuing east to downstream sites in agricultural and urban areas.
The federal lawsuit accuses Land O'Lakes of using the brand name Profile[R] for its line of feeds, despite the fact it is a federally registered trademark of Cache La Poudre Feeds LLC.
On one side of the parking area is a big puddle that represents the headwaters of Cache La Poudre Creek.
