Tin Tin Cantonese Restaurant on the Water's Edge in Brindleyplace, has been closed for business for more than a month.
Today we recall when a huge explosion ripped through a Cantonese restaurant at dawn, followed by a fire which destroyed the interior of The Boardroom Club in Heaton, Newcastle.
Visitors can also catch a glimpse of the Cantonese cuisine culture at Towngas Avenue Cooking Class, which offers private cooking workshops lasting about two hours, directed by some of the island's top chefs, at either Causeway Bay or Tsim Sha Tsui.
