On the Queen Mary 2, the choices included, in addition to Todd English's place, a marvelous 12-course tasting menu at the Asian-theme Lotus, the Carvery, the Italian-theme La Piazza and the Chef's Galley, which permits a select number of guests to sit at tables in a room overlooking the kitchen, and to observe and interact with the chef as a wine-paired dinner is created for them.
Other choices include an Italian-themed restaurant, a carvery and the Chef's Galley, a small dining room from which patrons can observe chefs at work from behind glass (a supplemental fee is charged for this).
They have developed a brand portfolio in the pub industry by creating a series of their own brands, such as Vintage Inns, Toby Carvery, All Bar One, O'Neill's and Ember Inns, and through acquiring selected brands, such as Harvester, Browns, and Alex.
