While the paper includes financial incentives for GPs to keep their surgeries open for longer, there is no funding for patients to see a nurse instead of a GR Howard Catton from the RCN (UK) said while many initiatives in the paper are nurseled, the professional focus was on GPs.
Later all three letters had to be rewritten--every time--according to a famous Civil War historian, Bruce Catton.
