Ci·re·bon  (chr-bôn)
A city of south-central Indonesia on the northern coast of Java east-northeast of Bandung. It is a port on the Java Sea. Population: 309,000.

The third contract was signed by PLN and Marubeni worth $500m on a thermal power plant in Cirebon, West Java, to expand it to 600 MW.
After abandoning low quality manufactured gas, PGN started to deliver cleaner gas to Cirebon in 1974, followed by other areas, such as Jakarta in 1979, Bogor in 1980, Medan in 1985, Surabaya in 1994 and Palembang in 1996.
Specific sites for data collection were one kos in Cirebon and four in Yogyakarta.
