These Central Scotland speed cops were pictured last week in Dollar, Clackmannanshire by local resident Mike Day.
Clackmannanshire Council leader Janet Cadenhead said: "The council has pursued its dream of bringing rail back to Clackmannanshire for two decades.
He was arrested at a house in Alva, Clackmannanshire, following an early morning raid and held under the Terrorism Act 2000, Central Scotland Police said.
