Because we're deep in the claggy as it is without a superman flying in.
The five-speed gearbox was a bit claggy, but within a short time you were able to feel through the box more precisely.
Again, this ticked most of the right boxes but, while the inclusion of mint gave the dish a lovely refreshing quality, I think the mascarpone cheese meant it was just a touch too rich and claggy.
