Although Hermas's Shepherd is not considered as part of the New Testament apocryphal corpus by modern scholarship, it is included in the Greek Codex Sinaiticus of the New Testament and also in a mutilated form in the Vulgate (used by Robert Estienne in 1540 and described by Berger in 1893).
