Columbia River

Columbia River
A river rising in southeast British Columbia, Canada, and flowing about 1,947 km (1,210 mi) south then west through the Columbia Plateau and along the Washington-Oregon border to its outlet on the Pacific Ocean. It was discovered and named by the American explorer Robert Gray in 1792.
