VENTURA - A sewage spill deliberately caused by jail inmates forced the Ventura County Sheriff's Department to evacuate dispatchers from the departments main communications center Thursday morning. He has worked on such projects as the restoration of the Verizon Building in downtown Manhattan and the new communications center for the town of East Hampton. The plasma screen at the Communications Center looks like an air-traffic controller screen sometimes. |
