Myelolipomas are hormonally inactive, but about 10% are associated with several endocrine disorders such as Cushing's syndrome, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Conn's syndrome, pheochromocytoma, hyperparathyroidism, or adrenogenital syndrome (2).
