A city of south-central Ghana northwest of Accra. Founded c. 1700, it is a commercial and transportation center in a cocoa-producing region. Population: 1,170,000.

Fractions were run on a 10% SDS-PAGE and stained with Coomassie Brilliant Blue R-250 (Invitrogen).
The event takes place at the Blyth Sports and Social Club, in Coomassie Road, Blyth, on November 20.
With time, Coomassie Blue staining has become the most widely accepted method for detecting proteins in gels.
