A Russian Rokot launcher carrying Smos lifted off from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome in Russia on Monday morning.
The vehicle, which blasted off from the Baikonur cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on November 26, was carrying water, scientific equipment as well as personal effects for the ISS crew.
The Soviet Soyuz TM-12 space capsule launched from the Baikonur cosmodrome in Kazakhstan carrying Helen and fellow cosmonauts Anatoly Artebartsky and Sergei Krikalyov.
