Barney makes no secret that the series' raw subject matter is the ascending and descending of the testicles, a process controlled by the cremaster muscle.
Call it the Apotheosis of the Descended Scrotum, for, as Barney has explained, the cremaster muscle after which these films are named alters the height of men's testicles, moving them closer to or farther from the body to control their temperature.
