| In the recent review of the DCFS' payroll and overtime system, auditors noted at least one instance that is being investigated as a possible criminal action. A letter from the Securities and Exchange Commission agreeing that the commission will take no civil or criminal action against a party, regarding a specific activity. I strongly suggest that the people involved file civil suit, and also find a way, if possible, to bring criminal action. |
