The investigation is being conducted by a team from the Defence Criminal Investigative Service, the FBI, the Army Criminal Investigation Command, auditors from the Defence Contract Audit Agency and the Defence Department.
The course is part of a long-term partnership with Cheshire Constabulary, and the programme in Criminal Investigation was launched at the University of Chester's Warrington campus.
Special agents of the Defense Criminal Investigative Service, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Army Criminal Investigation Command are involved in the investigation, along with auditors from the Defense Contract Audit Agency and the Pentagon's Office of the Inspector General.
