ALLEPEY KING PRAWN CURRY Serves 4 Ingredients: Peeled King prawn - 12 Sliced shallots - 150g Sliced green chillies - 20g Julienne ginger - 20g Curry leaves - 10g Oil - 50ml Coconut milk - 600ml Lime juice - 15ml Paprika powder - 40g Turmeric powder - 40g Coriander leaves - for garnish Salt to taste Method: Heat oil in the pan add shallots, saut well.
Prepare the tempering separately by heating 3 tsps of olive oil and add the 3 dry red chillies, 1 tsp mustard seeds & 2 tbsp curry leaves.
