Corbières is not a well-known appellation here, but this Château Ollieux Romanis Cuvée Classique 2006 (3) should help change that.
I especially liked the Kasara cabernet sauvignon (better than the blanc de blanc), and the Château Musar cuvée rouge, both 2003 and priced at $50 a bottle.
