The scaffolding accident which Coletti called a "poster child for everything that is done wrong in the business," prompted a subsequent meeting spearheaded by the DOB and the United States Labor Department's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Amadeus signed a partnership with DOB Systems, a provider of market intelligence solutions to the airline industry, under which DOB products will be integrated into the Amadeus offering in order to deliver a portfolio of data analysis solutions. The centralized database includes a single name, DOB, phone number, student id, email address and so on, which permits students--many of whom switch between colleges or are co-enrolled in more than one college in a given semester--to make changes in one place. |
