SAN ANTONIO -- On May 6, 2005 SecureInfo Corporation (SecureInfo) filed suit against Xacta Corporation (Xacta) for violations of Federal and State computer fraud and abuse laws, misappropriation of trade secrets, copyright infringement, trespass to chattels and detinue (wrongful taking of property belonging to another).
