So for our patients who are in their 20s or 30s, when they get into their 40s they may need reading glasses but their distance vision is proving to hold up.
There is also no possible way to have good distance vision and good near vision for patients that are used to relying on their eye disorder (especially older patients that have been treated of myopia).
Should your bifocals be too high, they will hinder good distance vision, forcing you to hilt your head to compensate.
