COM If anyone knows about the wackiness of this Sunday's 31st Occasional Pasadena Doo Dah Parade in Pasadena, it's me -- Naughty Mickie, queen of the parade.
Among the more interesting: the Downtown Doo Dah Parade at the end of March; the widely acclaimed International Azalea Festival during the last week in April; the AFR'AM Fest, celebrating the accomplishments of African-Americans on Memorial Day weekend.
