To be fair to drivers, when speed limits change, particularly on dual-carriageways when 40mph changes to 30mph, it should be painted on the road.
I totally agree, but would do it without compulsory purchase orders by making both Broad Lane and Tile Hill Lane dual-carriageways and using the existing roads, which would both become one-way roads.
The sites include rural roads where most fatal accidents occur, as well as motorways and dual-carriageways - some of the safest highways in the country.
