This brochure contains durometer systems that cover the entire spectrum of indentation hardness testing of rubber-like materials.
If a customer can furnish a sample of the material, this company can furnish the customer with a durometer to check the hardness of almost any non-metallic material.
In this example, the customer requested an 85 durometer "GF" compound (ASTM D-2000 classification) with good rubber-to-metal bonding and optimum tear strength.
