| TEI urges the EC to encourage Romania and Bulgaria (including the Ministries of Finance, the tax authorities, and the trade and industry representatives) to enter into meaningful dialogue with the business community to ensure that the direct and indirect tax laws in these countries correctly implement EU law (4) and adopt the "best practices" of the EU Member States. Churches and organizations that teach homosexuality is wrong will find themselves in violation of EU law. It also urged countries to implement EU laws enabling courts across the EU to recognize confiscation orders issued in other EU states. |
