It represents a major achievement for Richard and Elsie Mitchell from Dorset.
Elsie Mitchell, wife of trainer Richard, said: "This horse is improving all the time and I think he has helped put Charlie on the map.
Bred in Dorset by Elsie Mitchell, he was owned and trained by husband Richard for his first six starts and partnered to his first victory by their daughter Sophie in a Taunton maiden hurdle in January 2000.
