Firstly, it allows you to make and take calls as normal, without the disturbance of engaged tones etc.
I TRIED five times to vote for Tom and Camilla on Saturday night and all I got was an engaged tone, so I was very pleased to hear the votes were frozen.
Their doctor tried to get through to the hospital to refer her, but he kept getting an engaged tone.
