Part of a muscle in the pitching arm of Dodgers ace Kevin Brown is separated from the bone at the medial epicondyle, the inside bump of the elbow more commonly known as the ``funny bone.
It should also be noted that over the same period of time that our data was collected for this particular study, patients with tendinosis of the medial epicondyle of the elbow (a different elbow tendon condition), the Achilles and patellar tendons were also treated with TOPAZ - and yielded similar results.
