Charity Erb's Palsy group, which organises an annual family fun day in Rugby for more than 175 children with the condition, has been awarded pounds 2,456.
Harriet Frobisher from Prestatyn, developed Erb's palsy after complications during her birth at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd in 1994.
Immediately after delivery, Jaya was diagnosed with Erb's palsy.
