Mann (pictured) was ordered to pay pounds 250 by Jockey Club Estates after another local trainer, who has a small team of Flat horses, reported him for breaking a rule on the Long gallop by allowing horses to join the Eurotrack all-weather at a forbidden point.
A brand new indoor equestrian arena complete with a dust-free Pasada Eurotrack surface and fillers and show jumps has been completed at Parkend Farm near Wark in Northumberland.
It's a valuable race and I think my fellow will be fitter than at this time last year as we've had a good start mainly thanks to our new Eurotrack facility.
