(Medicine / Pathology) (Medicine) a congenital heart disease in which there are four defects: pulmonary stenosis, enlarged right ventricle, a ventricular septal defect, and an aorta whose origin lies over the septal defect. In babies suffering this disease the defects can be corrected by surgery

Peter suffered with fallot's tetralogy, a condition which meant he had a combination of congenital cardiac defects.

Echocardiographic study revealed the diagnosis of Fallot's tetralogy with a large perimembraneous ventricular septum defect, anterior deviation of outlet septum with 50% aortic override and marked infundibulary stenosis.
