The fish bar has now been identified as the most likely source of the outbreak, which left Mrs MorrisroeClutton, 32, of Wrexham, in intensive care at the town's Maelor Hospital and three others needing treatment.
Kamiljit Ohri, the owner of the Ocean Fish Bar, in Bromsgrove, appeared at Redditch Magistrates Court yesterday charged under the Food Safety Act but pleaded not guilty.
