One of the party's policies is to abolish income tax and replace it with a flat rate tax - may as well call it the poll tax.
Byline: RON KIRKBY AFTER the latest fiasco with Gordon Brown's tax regime, surely it is time for our elected members of this useless Parliament to consider a flat rate tax as some other countries in the EU have done.
A Flat Rate Tax for individuals and a Flat Rate Tax for businesses.
