I invited members of the public to participate in focus groups with the intent of recognizing and identifying diverse opinions.
According to Krueger and Casey (2000), the purpose of focus groups is to gain an understanding of participants' thoughts and feelings about the topic being discussed.
The changes are the result of focus groups that AEG conducted for the first time.
